Nigerian Boy And His Mother Who Were Deported From The UK Have Been Ordered To Come Back

British-Nigerian child, Rafeeq Atanda who was deported with his mother back to Nigeria from U.K in January after their long-running asylum claim failed may find their way back to the British country after a senior judge has ordered the pair be returned to Britain while the case is judicially reviewed. 

 They found that in ordering the pair’s removal from the UK in January, the Home Office “failed to have regard to (the child’s) best interests as a primary consideration”After agreeing to a judicial review of the case, the judges ordered the Home Secretary to “take all reasonable steps” to ensure the mother and her child’s return.
